From a cozy workshop in Gray, Maine, Pick Me Pads was born out of a simple, heartfelt need: to give restless hands something meaningful to do. Owner-designer Debbie transformed that need into a beautifully designed fidget pad, each one crafted in small batches, made of soft silicone, filled with tiny beads and hidden treasures. 

These whimsical pieces aren’t just for fun, they’re for focus. Whether someone struggles with skin-picking or just carries that quiet hum of nervous energy, Pick Me Pads offer an alternative outlet: something to pick toward, something that leads to a small moment of discovery and calm.
