Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). 
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  
• During peak seasons, processing time may take an extra day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within the Charlotte, NC area.

Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
You will receive an email notification once your order is out for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
• Some oversized items may not qualify for expedited shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by customers. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier first. We are happy to assist if needed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand worldwide shipping soon!
