Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Zoë & Co. Mercantile. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned without approval may not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Opened books or learning kits
  • Used toys or items missing parts
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at ZoeandCoMercantile@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will provide a replacement or refund after review

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at ZoeandCoMercantile@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not shipped. Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us.
